MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS IS A TWO-STEP PROCESS
We strongly advise all individual parties ( 1-3 canoes )  to reserve your trip dates with the Park before you place your reservation with the Lodge. Daily departures into the Park is  now 27 canoes or 55 people. Visitors without reservations may have to wait up to three days for a departure time during busy periods.Confirm your registration with the Park first to avoid any waiting.You can travel at your own pace, select your campsites; but are limited to 14 nights in the Park.

All groups (4-7 canoes) must reserve ahead of arrival.  All groups are required to camp at the predetermined Group Campsites. Their stay is limited to 7 nights on the full Circuit and 3 nights on the West Side.

STEP #1:   BOWRON LAKE PARK RESERVATIONS

Reservations for the Park are through the Super, Natural British Columbia Reservations & Information Service.   
Office hours are: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm    &    Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 9:00am- 5:00pm.

All callers will receive an information package which includes general information about the Bowron Lake Circuit, the rules and regulations, with some preparation suggestions and a Commercial Services Listing.

All visitors, whether they have a reservation or not, must register at the Bowron Lake Registration Centre before departure. At the time of registration, all visitors will be assigned departure times, allocated campsites (groups only) and view the mandatory orientation video. The Registration Centre is open 7 days a week  from 7:00 am. to 8:00 pm. from May 15 to September 30.

Park Reservation Fee:  At the time of making your reservation there is a payable in-full; non-refundable Park Reservation Fee of  $19.26 per canoe, to a maximum of (4 canoes); or $77.04 ( GST included: payable only by Visa or MasterCard ). This is a separate fee and in addition to the circuit fee.   Circuit Fees (see below) are also charged at the time a reservation is made.  Please note: Reservations can not be made by E-mail or on-line

There is now a fee of $6.00 charged for any and all changes to reservations.

For cancellations more than 14 days before a reserved date the circuit fee is refunded.  The reservation fee is not refunded; and an additional $6.00 cancellation fee is charged.

For cancellations less than 15 days before a reserved date:  there is no refund at all; and an additional $6.00 cancellation fee is charged.

Reservations may be booked up to 4 days prior to the departure date. Callers will receive a guaranteed departure date and confirmation number. Departure times and Group Campsite allocations will be determined at the time of their registration.

Full Circuit Fee: $50.00/canoe or kayak with 1 person, or $100.00 per canoe or kayak with 2 or more
West Side Fee: $25.00/canoe or kayak with 1 person, or $50.00 per canoe or kayak with 2 or more

Your deposit may be forfeited if cancellation is not received at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.
